The Cashmans family business has been at its current location for over 3 decades, providing top quality products to the equine and livestock community. Looking for a way to be more competitive with newer online companies, Cashmans turned to 40 Degrees Media for help.
Changing online retail
At the time Cashmans approached 40 Degrees Media they had multiple websites and blogs and were trying to figure out a better way to reach customers. Their old websites were not properly optimized for search, which resulted in a tremendous loss of opportunity. They had aggressive ideas for rebranding, but felt restricted with their outdated sites. They challenged us to design a single website that would help turn their ideas into reality, and turn more visitors into customers.
What we did
40 Degrees Media created a fresh new look for their online presence. Moved them to a mobile adaptive design so that visitors could view the Cashmans products from any device. Their multiple websites were streamlined into a single beautifully crafted site that artfully displays their products, their family, their staff, and their history within the community.
The new site was built entirely in WordPress and they are able to easily update and manage it themselves. We also simplified the online purchasing process for their customers, cleaned up their online branding and organized their website in a way that was able to not only attract new visitors, but brought more attention to their physical location as well.
