Our focus is on crafting websites that people love to visit, and that function seamlessly no matter what device your are using. We carefully design your site with your customers and your vision in mind, so that you feel confident sending people there.
Information architecture is the blueprint of an effective website. We’ll complete an audit of all your existing content as well as research to discover any future content expectations, and we’ll use this to map the structure of your site.
Using a content management system like WordPress gives businesses control over their content. It provides them with the ability to access their own website to make necessary udates when they need to.
By doing better research we get a better understanding of your business, your business goals, your customers and their expectations and behavior, and how your website factors into all of it.
We're also able to look at your business competitive landscape to establish context and benchmarks for how your site should function, and then improve on that. This approach gives us the foundation & strategy for moving forward with just the right recommendations for the design and development of your new website.
Here is where we’ll get to work putting together page layouts for a few different views, including the home page, sub pages, the blog template, and any additional templates needed. We call this wire-framing. Wireframes look like simple skeletons of your website without the visual polish of the finished design, allowing us to experiment and iterate on solutions quickly so that we have a good sense of how content should be laid out across different screen sizes.
From there, we’ll design mockups that show what the final designs will look like on desktop, tablet and smartphone screen sizes.
Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll start building out the site, and we’ll begin integrating your new designs into a content management system (CMS) like WordPress. Using a CMS gives businesses control over their content and provides them with the ability to make necessary updates when they need to.
To start this process, we’ll put all of the pieces of your new website together in a development environment, so that we can test everything before it goes live.
Our team will test your site across major web browsers, as well as several different screen sizes so that once we launch your site you can rest assured that it will look good for your visitors. If any issues arise out of the testing, we’ll be sure and fix those prior to publishing your site.
