The challenge
What wasn't working
Andrews House runs a lot of programs under one roof, and their old website made them hard to find. Events were tough to keep current, and requests for room rentals and legal help came in by phone and email, which meant more back-and-forth for a small staff.
What we built
- A Programs hub with a clear page for every program, from Free Dinners to the AARP Tax-Aide Clinic
- An events calendar with photo cards, so neighbors can see what's coming up at a glance
- Online room and event space reservations, with staff approval built in
- A legal advice clinic intake form that creates a printable PDF for the legal team
- Clear Volunteer, Donate and Partner paths right from the homepage

The result
Neighbors can find a program, an event or a room in a couple of clicks, and staff handle reservations and legal intakes online instead of chasing calls and emails.
